1 Semester study in Culinary Arts and 3 semesters work placement
A 2 years programme, starts with 5 months intensive study in Culinary Arts at HRC Academy at Dobrich, An integrated culinary programme in a modular design, executed by top international chef and teachers and taught in English. The integration in the programme is visible in the constant presence of four cornerstones of the curriculum.
The 2nd Semester is offered as 6 months PAID internship in International 4 and 5 star chain hotels in Europe, Middle East or South Africa.
Students are back to the Academy to complete 3rd semester. Here they will be on a work placement in the academy’s restaurant, to gain more practical experience and skills to work confidently and independently as a chef in future.
The 4th and final semester is a PAID internship and that is offered in USA, Europe, Middle East or South Africa. The duration of this semester could be extended even up to 12 months.
Internships: Paid industry placements (Internships) from 6 months to
1 year is offered at
•International 4 and 5 star chain hotels in Europe, Middle East, North America and Africa
•Size: 28 rooms up to 6000 rooms
•Top rated fine dining restaurants
Out Come
With this solid culinary education and an understanding of the English language, graduates will be able to work anywhere in the world as a chef. Choose yourself: continue your career at hotels and resorts, fine restaurants or perhaps even a cruise liner sailing the world. Throughout your journey of experiences you will develop more skills, gain more knowledge and eventually become an Executive Chef.
Tuition fee: 1450 EUR per semester + One-time equipment fee: 295 EUR, incl. set of knives, uniforms and books
