Networking and Security projects - Kochi

Our internship projects are oriented towards audience would want to pursue a career in the networking and security industry and get exposed to practical and real time environments. We do projects in multiple areas like study and research of networking and security protocols, protocol and feature testing on software applications and hardware components, Infrastructure penetration testing and defense methodologies, Network design, deployment and troubleshooting.

Our projects are oriented towards BTECH (IT, Computer science), MCA, Msc (computer science), Masters ( IT and computer science), PhD.

Online and classroom based project oriented training would be provided with guidance.

Network penetration testing
How to perform a penetration test
Understanding latest security threats, defense and mitigation from SANS, CISecurity.
Understand and use packet crafter tools like Scapy, other common attack tools,
Penetration testing of a Live network and recommend defense mechanism.

Security analysis of networking and security protocols and technologies
Study various networking and security protocols ( Identified for the project) in real time (FTP, HTTP, DHCP, 802.1X, IPSEC, NAT, and RADIUS etc) by performing detailed packet analysis with tools like wireshark, tcpdump.
Understand various deployment scenarios for protocols.
Internetworking issues with protocols and technologies

Network protocol and feature testing.
Understand the functionality and working of protocols and features on software and hardware components ( Routers, Switches, Access points, IPSEC clients etc)
Understand the methodology to prepare test strategy , test plan and test case documents for identified features and protocols
Prepare conformance test suites for protocols based on IEEE and RFC documents.
Interoperability testing procedure for protocols.

Network Design and Troubleshooting
How to design a network with necessary components ( Routers , switches , Access points, Servers, Firewalls)
Placement of necessary components in the network.
Design scenarios - Hotels, Organizations, Campus, Remote offices, Hotspots with different types of connections like leased lines, Frame relay, VPN Servers
Troubleshooting methodologies and tools.
