1. Brief Introduction
This machine is a low cost 3D printer, which employs FDM technology and such materials as
ABS or PLA to make parts. It works as a common printer does. With the computer CAD data, it
piles material layer by layer through the main-board control thereby converting the computer
design into physical models, which dramatically reduces product development cycle, raising
productivity and lowers the manufacturing cost. Meanwhile, it realizes the advanced processing
technique of from 3D data directly to 1:1 physical model. Additionally, because of the lowered
equipment cost, it is expected to be used in offices and homes as computer peripheral equipment
for handcraft production, jewellery, educational experiment and innovative design, etc.
So far, we have developed low-cost 3D printer with self-owned intellectual property rights and
relevant software and can provide finished 3D printing technology.
The product is expected to advance and realize the 3rd Industrial Revolution.
