WISELY Diode Side-pump Laser Marker is the brand-new product developed by WISELY LASER MACHINERY LIMITED, adopting recent advances in laser technology using imported diode laser arrays. The 808nm laser diode pumping Nd: YAG medium produces a quantity of antiparticles causing a 1064nm high power laser pulse output under the function of a Q switch.
The beam quality is impressive and the resulting line is very precise.
WISELY machines can be used in various kinds of fields, with low purchase cost of accessories, steady performance, safe sealed structure, and well considered design. The coordination of the Control System and the Operating Software will give the component parts longer life - the machine can work steadily and smoothly without fault. 5. The machine adopts the control system from Taiwan with powerful functions - it can mark Autocode, sequence numbers, batch number, date, bar code, two-dimension code, etc. The software can also support MARKING in reverse.
6. The machine can work with many file formats output by Coreldraw, AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP etc.
7. The machine adopts the high-quality external water-cooling chiller, carefully controlling the water temperature which ensures smooth and reliable operation.
8. The machine previews the light path and indicates the focus point, giving the operater confidence.
